Warranty documentation requirements for imported medical equipment
DRAP requires warranty documentation for medical device registration. What format is acceptable? We are importing from a European manufacturer who provides twelve month warranty. Do we need a local warranty provider or is manufacturer warranty sufficient for DRAP purposes?
