• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and session activity, collected to operate and improve the platform.
• Payment-related information: when you upgrade a paid plan, we may receive proof of payment (e.g. a transaction reference or receipt). We do not store full card or bank credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for lawful purposes directly related to operating the marketplace, including to:

• Create and manage your account and verify your identity;
• Publish your listings or professional profile and connect you with other users;
• Facilitate inquiries, bookings, and communication between buyers, sellers, and engineers;
• Process subscription upgrades and activate paid plans;

MedBazaar is a marketplace, so some information is shared by design. When you post a listing or profile, or send an inquiry or booking request, the relevant details (such as your name, contact number, city, and message) are shared with the other party to the transaction so they can respond to you.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, database, and email delivery providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
• Authorities where required by Pakistani law, court order, or a valid request from a competent regulator or law-enforcement agency;

4. Data Retention

Listings you remove are deactivated rather than immediately deleted, so that transaction records and related history remain accurate. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data;
