Lab analyzer calibration frequency — ISO 15189 requirements
Our Faisalabad lab is preparing for ISO 15189 accreditation. We have Roche Cobas analyzers. Standard requires documented calibration but does not specify exact frequency. Our current practice is calibration every 24 hours. Is this sufficient? What are other labs doing?
