Calibration Requirements

### Mandatory Calibrations

IBP Zero Calibration - Every use se pehle

CO2 Zero - Daily ya module warm-up ke baad

Temperature Check - Annually

### IBP Zero Procedure

Patient connection close karein (stopcock atmospheric par)

MP30 mein: Measurements → IBP → Zero IBP

"Zeroed" confirmation wait karein

Stopcock patient par open karein

### CO2 Calibration

Sensor room air mein expose karein (CO2 free)

Measurements → CO2 → Zero CO2

Span cal: certified gas (5% CO2) available ho to use karein

### NIBP Verification

Annual NIBP calibration engineer se karwain:

Reference manometer se comparison

Accuracy ±3 mmHg honi chahiye

All pressure ranges test karein

### Service Calibration (Engineer Only)

ECG amplitude calibration

Respiration calibration

Full system performance test

Document results

Documentation

Calibration records maintain karein:
